I have been trying to trace the family of my 5th generation Grandmother and someone has suggested she may have been one of the Rainforth's of Messingham Lincolnshire. They are aware a family of that name lived in Messingham between 1600 and 1700 but can offer no further information.

Can anyone help please?

My x 5 Great Grandmother was Rebecca Rainforth born in Messingham in 1615. I recently asked for information on Rebecca on this site so I did not want to repeat the request as I know it is frowned upon. Thank you for offering me this trail it has been a real help. :-)
