Hi to one and all Please see if you can help me locate John Williams Born Liverpool abt 1838 He does not appear until 1871 shrewsbury living with his wife elizabet griffiths who he married 1860 oswestry he had 6 children from 1863 to 1878 all in shrewsbury I found him in the census from 1871 to 1901, You might say get his marriage cert but there are quite a few john Williams born about that time in Liverpool I might have the wrong one any help would be a bonus thank you regards ed

I do not understand your comment about the marriage certificate.
It should give you the name of the father, which will help to eliminate many possible men of his name.
