This follows quitclaim of same date made by John and Thomas Tovey who quitclaimed their rights to all the messuages and lands of their father in Langarren, St. Waynards and Tretire in favour of Edward.

You will see that the Philpotts appear to have figured quite large in Herefordshire and seemed to be "landed gentry" with the amounts of money quoted in some of the archives

Trying to find out who Mary married she married 1867 in Dudley to either Samuel Collett r Theophilus Philpotts. Have been unable to find out from the census. Can anyone help me please.
