Hi, I'm looking for the birth of John Bradshaw c1816.

On the 1841 census his place of birth is Hampshire, 1851 its North Stoke Berkshire, 1861/71 its North Stoke Oxfordshire.

Any help appreciated.

1841 does not give place of birth only if born in county or not

You will not find a birth registration and all you can hope for is a baptism record

Yes have tried Family Search but can only find census.

I am following the correct one, his wife was Jane Wateridge and they were married in Hampshire.
