John

I knew you'd posted before......... recognised your face

Please DO NOT delete threads on which people have spent time and effort helping you.

They don't take up any space on your computer............

John, the only way to know which set of parents are hers would be to get either the birth certificate or her marriage certificate for father's name. If you decide to order a certificate do it through the GRO - cheaper (£9.25) than commercial sites.

John - what happened to your 2 threads about the Mathers of Keighley from yesterday? They seem to have disappeared, one had quite a few answers on and the other contained information you had picked up from the earlier one, so you must have been watching the answers. You were advised how to get back to your thread and to only post on the one that already had answers. Helpers spend a lot of time repeating research otherwise. It's also nice to know you have seen the info found and whether or not it has helped you.

As only James is reputed to have survived WW1, the odds are that all of the widows re-married
