Her death cert may give you some more info on her parents .
I cannot find a Marriage anywhere for this couple.

There is a tree at Ancestry with the wife listed as Jane Barker. However, there is no source listed to prove this to be correct

Thomas Pickard dob 1796, married Jane ? dob 1791 don't know what date they married or Jane's surname they had William 1822, James 1822 and Ann 1833. Trying to find out Jane's surname and Thomas's parents, Thomas was born in Coverdale and Jane in Kirkby Malzeard
