Find Ancestors

I am trying to trace the Bundey ( Bundy ) family back through the 1700's.
I have John b 1746 wife unknown who had a son William b 1771 who married an Elizabeth b 1768
They had a son John b 1798 who married Ann Emery b 1803 and so on.
Hope this ring some bells with someone and they can help with some more detail.

How can someone be born in 1798 marry in 1803?

I have several Hampshire Indexes and there are a lot of John and William BUNDEY/BUNDAY/BUNDYs :

I cannot find a John.....the only baptism in the Index of a John Bundy c 1798 is the one posted above by AnnCardiff
