On freebmd (and Genes) there a a number of Buckley/Ward births listed in Staffordshire 1917-1937.

If they stayed in the Stoke reg district, then there are births in 1925, 1929 and 1933. These could be the children of a dfferent Buckley/Ward marriage. You'd need to purchase the BC to find out.

There are possibles if you've already searched, BUT the only way you are going to confirm is by buying at least one of the BC.

Have you bought the DC to see if the informant is an offspring?
Have you used the 'search all trees' function to see if anyone else has him listed?
