Only problem, there are another couple Mills/Blackburn in Oldham. They are with their children - including Edward (1910) and mother-in-law Martha Blackburn on the 1911 census.

Lancsbmd has mmn for Oldham births - these are Alice 1901, William 1904 and Edward 1910, and of course John W which you already have.
