Hi, Charles' marriage certificate (1904) states father name as Thomas Singleton (deceased) and it was always assumed that Selina and Thomas married - clearly this isn't the case which is where I got confused I think. And I can't find any marriage record anyway. :-(

However, could you confirm where you have got Selina Jane as surname Singleton?
