So did you ever find out when David ever got married to this Jane .I found this on free B M D site Deaths =DAVID WILLIAM WEATHERHEAD died sep 1891 in Newcastle age 0 just wonder if it was there child .

The Mary Ann who died in 1956 was my Grandmother,but I didn't have the others, I must get adding to my tree.

1911 dad david married 30 years a widow 5 children 3 died.

Sarah 1872 married George Ernest Wood in 1891
she died 1898
John C 1881 died 1910
Mary Ann died 1956
Catherine/Kitty 1878 married Harry Moon she is on 1911 census in Sculcoate Yorkshire.

So that leaves one death missing which looks like David 1876-1906!

As he named his father as NOK................he was either unmarried......or widowed.

No sign anywhere of a marriage......so I suspect the former would apply

Yes I do think I have the right army papers I only found them to day.

It says his next of kin is David Weatherhead of 12 Foster Street South Shields.

I will have to go back and re read them to look for dates

NO wonder I cant find him,this one is in SOUTHAMPTON in a ship yard doing the same kind work in the 1901..his birth place is different but I wondered if it could be him.

Sorry Reggie, Maddie, and Kath you are right it was the 1901 census not the 1891.

You do have the right David Weatherhead that I am searching for.

So Maddie if this one is mine he must have been a naughty boy...I have his Army Papers from find my past and it says his conduct while serving was BAD...so this could well be him
Will I find this on Findmypast...I dont have a sub for Ancestry.
