I had a look at the two above images unfortunately they do not show much more, other than telling us that she had no occupation recorded.

But there is a matching death record and the year of birth matches:

Did you ever find the parentage for the other grandchild from the 1901 census? It is possible he is another child for Catherine/Henry.

Think you need to go back and check the military record you downloaded - are you sure if is his wife that is Catherine and not his mother, and what dates did he serve?

Thank you for the replies. I am going to order the death cert for this Florence and see if its her! Will post details when it arrives.
The other grandson Howard Charles I suspect could be a child of one of the sisters of
Henry Charles Waldron who was Florence father.
Her name Martha L Waldron, she was 26 in 1901.
