Thank you for the wealth of information, we now seem to be getting somewhere and once we receive a copy of Gertrudes birth certificate we will be able to see if we are on the right track.
We also need to establish the relationship of louisa harbet, nee gibbs, and gertrude as louisa is registered as living at 60 northumberland road which is the address that is given for gertrude on my fathers birth certificate.
