The Cathedral Of the Assumption is in the parish of Cashel & Emily, North Tipperary, these records are not online. The dates I give you for the children are from registrar district of Thurles, that probably why you cannot find their marriage or baptism for the children, you would have to contact the Church itself.

Hi Eringobragh1916
That could sound like Bridget it sure fits in with this Pike st place. On my tree on Ancestry I found a record of a Bridget Cahill age 21 of Tipperary departed from London 19/9/1888 for Brisbane on the Chyebassa. Not sure if she did come out here or it is another Bridget.
Also their is one that was Born 1869 died 1869 in Ballinasloe but little bit I know about Ireland I don't think this place is near Thurles.
So I lean towards your Bridget or the one that came from London.
Once again many thanks and I will look into your Bridget as it is raining here today and it is search time. Keep in touch.
Kerry :-D
