freebmd shows two possible birth registrations

Hi

that's the problem nothing more is known I'm afraid. I just wondered if there was anyone researching the same person or if there is another avenue I can go down. I am on ancestry and there is a Charles Austin father Charles born 1934 in Yorkshire bur again I'm not sure if that is the correct family although Austin is not a common name.

You say Charles Austin's father was also called Charles, but any idea of his mother's name?
Did he have any siblings?

Think you need the marriage cert for his age . No birth listed as Charles Austin. But several. Charles A Birch births so you need his age at marriage

He is my son in Law Andrews father. I am going by the marriage cert that states his age. Andy never knew his father and he has asked me to try and find a family tree relating to the Birch side of the family. Andy's Mum change his surname by deed pole to Kent just before she wed Andy's step dad who she wed after her divorce from Charles Austin.

I know that Maureen dwyer is Catholic so maybe Charles Austin was.

How do you know that Charles Austin was born in 1934? What is your relationship to him?

I am looking for any info regarding Charles Austin Birch born 1934. I don't know where he was born only that his father was Charles Birch and when Charles Austin wed his father Charles was working in Security and Charles Austin was working for a motor company so I assume it was for Fords Dagenham.

Charles Austin wed Maureen Bernadette Dwyer in 1958 in Romford Essex and they had a son Andrew in 1961, by 1964 they were either separated or divorced as I found a Charles Austin on the elecrol register living in a flat in Ilford Essex and Maureen living with her parents in Rainham Essex.

Any help would be fantastic. Jan :-S
