Find Ancestors

I have Jane Sanderson,born c 1821 in Settrington,Yorkshire.She dies in York in late 1891.

I cannot find her on ancestry in 1891[I have a sub] but see her on the FMP index.She is listed as Jane Sanderson born 1821 and is in York.

Would someone be able to give me the details please,so that I can see if I can find her on Ancestry.

If this is your Jane, her son Edwin died in 1876 and his will has his father, Thomas gentleman, as his administrator.

Thank you,I think the 1899 death fits better,but doesn't explain explain why I can't find her in 1891,the Jane who dies in 1891 is too young.Yet another senior moment !

The 1871 census is the right family,thank you for that.Will have to investigate the Calvert connection,so far I can't find one.

This is Thomas's will. She is named as Jane Elizabeth. He is an Attorney's clerk and leaves less than £100.
