Looking at the enumerator's list for the 1911 census the address of 13 Alpha Road was listed as a shop. George Fink had also put on the form that he worked at home. It seems likely, therefore, that the family lived over the shop.

Stephanie, you said your George died died 1928 so I'm a bit puzzled by this:

He lived 13 Alpha Road, which is the same address as on the 1911 census.

So this is what i know so far it was run george fink who was from new malden and lived in surbiton and then it passed down to his son ernest fink. george was born george fink but was also shown on docments as albert george fink he died in 1928 on the 5th of november. Birth year for him was 1869 and ernest was born 1893.

so the greengrocers was around the kingston upon thames area. surbiton or new malden

The 1911 census does not show anyone named Fink living in Kingston who professes to be a greengrocer
