Looking for information on Harry Powell born 1903-1904 in Stanley Yorkshire. His parents were Thomas Henry Powell and Annabel (nee Arnold) also had a sister Annabella born 1903? Thanks for any help!

Hello Karen, what information do you already have and what are you trying to find out?

Thank you all for the information...unfortunately I have most of it already...more looking to find out what ever happened to them. I have Annabella's marriage in 1929 to a Arthur Jackson Tindall....wondering if anyone knows what became of them, children etc. Did Harry ever marry...I'm sure he served in WWII but not sure if he survived...

Have you checked for births with surname Tindall and mother's maiden name Powell to see if Annabella and Arthur may have had children?

ADDED: You could get Annabella's death certificate to see who the informant was

There were a number of Harry Powells born at about the same time, so it isn't possible for an 'outsider' to identify which of the possible deaths is his.

Do you know his exact DOB?

If not, get his birth cert.......................a search for his death can then be made using that info.

Have you looked in 'search all trees'?

I apologize for not posting all the info that I already have....I have been researching my great grandmother Emma and her children for almost 10 years. It appears that my g-grandmother Emma Lucas (maiden name) used the last names of Powell, Davies, Lilliman, Davies again and Allen....she was only legally married 3 of those times....seemed the lady got around!...lol..I had quit working on this about 2 years ago and then by chance checked one of the boards that I posted on and found someone had posted a great deal of info to me that gave me a number of names to go on...This search has been one brick wall after another...my grandfather passed away when my dad was a kid and my father has been gone 20 years....there are no immediate relatives alive that can help much.....So in answer yes I do know how to do the research and I truly appreciate any help that I can get.....I had dates of birth for Harry and Annabella but not the baptisms for thank you for that....I did see that one birth for Brian Tindall and hoped it was right...couldn't find any others in the BMD....also thank you for the death notices for Arthur and Annabel Tindal......I do have a cousin on yoour side of the pond who has helped whenever possible over the years....again this has been a lengthly and frustrating search so I truly appreciate the help.....
