I am sorry Amanda - I wasn't meaning to 'have a go' at you !!

I realise that you are 'learning' (as we all have to do) but you have done this before and have already been told that this is not the thing to do !

I know it is frustrating when you want information and no-one seems to reply but the thing if that is you start yet another thread - ALL the info already found on your original one will be searched for and found all over again.

ALWAYS stick to one thread and if there are no replies, merely add a message on there to bump it up to the top of the page so it can be seen and even edit the heading to include 'More help needed' or something similar.

I wish you well with your research and we are all happy to help if we can but you have to have 'patience' and 'persistance' when doing this and you need to follow the 'etiquette' of the site.

Dea Xxx

P.S. - Bump up your original thread and we can take another look !

REALLY Miranda !!

You just have to add a message to the thread to bump it up!

PLEASE do not keep starting new ones as this causes people to duplicate the research already done !!

Miranda...You would be best to continue on your previous thread to save duplicating info.already found for your family.....

I am having trouble tracing my grandads side of the family. His name is Lawrence hynan 1925 married to ann wolfe. I am unsure of his fathers name and details but believe he may of been called john Joseph hynan he married a bridget egan. The hynans were originally from Ireland. Im having difficulty finding anything about john Joseph hynan...however I did find his dad john thomas hynan.happy to share my tree with anyone who thinks they may be able to help me.
