Thank you both, yes could be possible, although the place of birth Charlton Musgrove in the 1861 census doesn't fit with Bath in the earlier Bristol censuses.

Hello, can anyone help please.
I have been having a huge problem finding the ancestors of my 2 x great grandmother Elizabeth Hansford who I originally thought was descended from the ‘Dorset’ Hansfords.
Although she was born in Bristol (about 1830 and her younger brother James in Bath about 1835) their parents, also James and Elizabeth, were recorded in the 1851 Bristol census as being born in Devon. It took a long time to find this as their surname was transcribed as 'Ansford' and in the 1841 Bristol census as 'Hansar'! But they were definitely originally from Devon.
By the 1861 Bristol census my 2 x great grandmother Elizabeth Hansford was married to Edward Thompson and a widowed James Hansford was living with them as a lodger. I am therefore reasonably certain he was Elizabeth’s father especially as his birth county was shown as Devon. This time it also showed the place as 'Dulmistock' but I think this could be 'Culmstock'.
The only parish record I have found that may be linked to them is the possible baptism of Elizabeth in Bath:
