One of the posts on this link suggests that the records are at the National Archive::
http://boards.ancestry.co.uk/topics.orphans.uk.england/24.1.1.1.1.1/mb.ashx

Try here:
http://www.nationalarchives.gov.uk/hospitalrecords/details.asp?id=7#jump2record

This site give pictures and history:
http://www.workhouses.org.uk/Edmonton/

and suggests records are at:
London Metropolitan Archives, 40 Northampton Road, London EC1R OHB.
apparently records include Lists of paupers (1879-1930); Lists of pauper children (1919-30)

Have you found them in the 1911 census under 77 Bridport Road?
