I was looking to see what happened to Harold Wood.....which is why i asked when and where he was born and who his parents were.

Why do you need to know who his parents are?

In your opening post, you state that Harold Wood is your Uncle........later you state that Harold is your Great Uncle.

When and where was Harold born and who were his Parent's?

I do have a problem as this thread was started after talking to a cousin of my dad's today ... nothing more to offer! Is there a Michael L Wood in Brighton? Or Michael L Wakeman in Brighton?

With the surname of Wood being very common you are going to have to buy a lot of marriage certs in the name of Michael L Wood to solve this one unless you have any idea if he married and where

I am looking for some information on my aunt, Dilys Wood (nee Morley). She married my uncle Harold Wood in 1946 in Surrey and had a son Michael Langburn Wood later that same year.

Dilys and Harold divorced in 1953 and I am looking for some information on what became of Dilys and Michael after this date. Can someone help please?
