the previous thread was about john Kenneth faulk born in 1911 USA and a child that was born after a relationship during his military service in England in WW2 with an English Lady in 1946. I have most of that sorted apart from trying to order certificates for USA birth marriage and deaths . There was a lot of uncertain info on previous thread. The focus here is on Hendrid Faulk the first child born to John Kenneth Faulk and his American wife Enid His Military record shows he was separated with dependants in 1943 on enlistment. I don't know if he re-married. Thank you Pam

Not sure about this, but Hendrid is an unusual name. We do have to consider that she may still be living.

James William McGill, 71, died Friday, Sept. 27, 2002, at his residence.
He was born in Columbus, Ga., and had lived in Lake Charles for the past 17 years. He graduated from Jordan High School in Columbus. He served in the Navy from Sept. 2, 1948, until Aug. 20,1952. He retired from Foster Wheeler Energy Corporation after 24 years of service. He was a member of Veterans of Foreign Wars. He was also a member of Hasan Temple (Shriners) and grand Commandery Knights Templar of Georgia. He also loved to fish and hunt.
Survivors include his wife,>>> Hendrid Bea Faulk McGill<<<; daughter, Jo Beth Bourgeois; son, James “Chris” McGill; granddaughter, Jessica Nicole Kinier; grandson, Gabe McGill; great-granddaughter, Emily Pinney; and mother-in-law, Ena Adams, all of Lake Charles; three sisters, Janie Cannon, Betty Grimes and Anne Morrison; and one brother, Jackie McGill, all of Columbus.
Funeral services will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, Sept. 27, in Johnson Funeral Home. The Rev. Daniel Miller will officiate. A Masonic rite will be given after the services. Burial will be in Grand Lake Community Cemetery. Visitation is from 1 p.m. today.

Cameron Parish has a Library website - you might choose to contact them to see if they have anything they can let you have. Alternatively, they may be able to put you in contact with a local historical or family history society

I am now trying to find the marriage for Annie to John Kenneth Faulk. Annie was his second wife. I have him on 1940 census with first wife and he died on 20th January 1968. so some time between those dates for the marriage. Would also like to see if there were any children born with Annie and JK Faulk. Thanks again and kind regards Pam
