Bones and Porter Marriage

Hi everyone,

I am looking for the Marriage of Phoebe Bones and Charles Porter.

Phoebe Baptised in Danbury, Essex 31st August 1806. Charles c1802 (possible Baptism 31st May 1802 in Barking, Essex).

They are both buried in Barking Cemetery Phoebe died: 1865 Charles died: 1886.

Can anyone help please?

Could you say where you have looked for the marriage - so we know what records have already been looked at?

I have only looked on genes reunited search for marriages. I haven't looked in military records.

They most probably married pre 1837

Hi Chris,

Mary Ann was the sibling of my GGGgrandad Albert Detmore Porter 1852. I didn't have her baptism so thank you very much.

I believe Phoebes parents were Samuel Bones and Methetabel Boyton from Danbury Essex (marriage banns- 14th October 1802) so if I can find Phoebe and Charles marriage I may be able to confirm this.

Marriages before 1837 did'nt usually have any parents names on them just the bride and groom.
