Would really appreciate any advice on my GGmothers family the only info I have is Elizabeth Martin born about 1870 in Ireland don't know where she had a sister Annie born about 1880 and their father was called Thomas. Unfortunately have hit a brick wall now and dont know where to go from here.

There is no address for the census record for Martins are they in Ireland or England?

If this is the right family you have broken years of dead lock. Does it give any details of marriage or births on these people. At the end of 1911 census does that suggest been married 47 years and had 7 children.

I would doubt that the family in Ireland is the correct one if the information given on the 1911 census is correct. They state 7 children born and 7 still living. Had your Elizabeth not died by 1911? Assume she had if her husband had remarried by 1911.

Yes I see your point i was getting all excited i don't believe unless there was a mistake when filling in census. Also i was dubious about Annie's career on 1901 census in UK she was a domestic servant then on the above 1911 census she was a school teacher. I wonder if that would really happen.
