Find Ancestors

I have a marriage for these two 06/07/1896. Cannot find them on either 1901 or 1911 census. Can find no record of Andrews birth. He was a merchant seaman, so there is every possibility that they moved to England or emigrated. For those enthusiasts who do this for fun thank you in advance. Walter
