Hi there am trying to find my Uncle was born in Yorkshire then family came out to NewZealand went to Napier in Hawks,bay. But then Uncle Willy moved to Australia
lived and died in Perth. 1976 He married a woman name Mona some body.

The New Zealand electoral rolls show Mona Lydia Nightingale from 1935 to 1957 with William (a daughter later making a brief appearance with them).

From 1963 they seem to be at different addresses and in 1972 Mona Lydia's status is shown as "divorced", same for 1978 but in 1981 (last ER available) she is showing as "widow".

I think there may be a typo in the opening post and instead of saying "lived and died in Perth. 1976 He married a woman" it SHOULD say "lived and died in Perth 1976. He married a woman" - a full stop in the wrong place completely alters the context.

I've got no idea if this is the correct death:

The name looks to be a late addition at the bottom of the list and there is also an H Nightingale (Henry?) added too. No ages or occupations. The address is 110 The Strand, London - wonder if that's some sort of official address, perhaps an agent?
