Remember that ages on the 41 census are rounded down to the nearest 5 or 0 so he could have been 55-59 making him born 1782-1786.

Although having said that people weren't sure of their correct age back in those days.

Your question" picture-is this him"? I went to see my expert, my dad, a young 96!!
He looked at the picture, " differently a Ronalds, thick eyebrows, Ronalds' face, also mentioned he looked like is dad"!!!!!
If you have any more information, certainly would be appreciated!!

Edit: I see where the confusion came from. On my post I said "Is this him?" but I was refering to the census that I posted.
