Hi Amanda,
My maternal grans maiden name was Newns (Newnes?). They were from Wrexham, North Wales, and I believe the name is Welsh. Are you doing a one name study or would you like the forenames of them?

I am researching Newns/Newnes especially from the Kent area, but also have interest in Buckingham. But would love to hear from anybody with interest in the Newns/Newnes surname ffrom anywhere.
