I have some barees in my family they came from around cheshire and in the 1900s Manchester way, dont know if there is any connection though.

Hello Edgey, Cath only ever posted the once and that was nearly 8 years ago. She doesn't seem to have replied to you the last time so obviously doesn't use the boards anymore.
