I am trying to confirm that one Raymond Hensburgh Andrews is the same R.H. Andrews listed as living in the Exchange, Nottingham ( the building before the Council House) and if he was married to a Rebecca (known as Kate) Culley. I believe he was the Sheriff's or Mayor's baton holder and may have been a policeman or in the Army. Raymond Hensbugh Andrews I believe was born in 1869 in Bakewell, Derbys, and his father was a gamekeeper. Rebecca/Kate Culley was born 1876 in Whatton, Notts. I just can't find definate proof that I have the right man.
