it is know that the name of Seeby is linked to the building up of the Wash. In a letter from a granddaughter of one of the Seeby's mentioned she states that it is thought that they travelled over from Holland to help complete this task. They were bricklayers by trade. If anyone has any further information about these Seeby's I'd really appreciate the help.
