Member Since: February 2003 Posts: 2 Send Message	My great grandfather lived in Washington ,Tyne and Wear. He run the queen Victoria pub which is still there today. His decendants had the surname Allison and they owned the Washington Arms in Washington village. Originally a branch of the family came from Norfolk . A chemist travelled to Washington to work in the Chemical works.
