I have investigated James Fosbraey this spelling only occurs in the Census 1901 in Sittingbourne. Census 1881 Sittingbourne James Fosbray. James Fosbury b 1840 to James and Charity Fosbury. At his Christening it was Fosbery At their wedding it was Fosberry Fosbraey spelling seems to originate with James and only in the Sittingbourne area. If any body has any more information please let me know.
