Trying to find Tullet

Once again my ancestors seem to have gone into hiding. I am looking for details of James Tullet born around 1800. He and Sophia are parents to Sophia 1823, Edwin 1825, John 1828 and Sarah 1833 all registered St Pancras. I cannot find a marriage entry for them and having trouble finding birth for him. I know he's out there somewhere but I need help to find him. Wendy
