my grandmother was born in Beaconsfield Buildings in Islington 1908. She had siblings Violet, Lil, Rose, Patrick, James, Norman?(Nobby), Nell, Ada. Her parents were Walter George b.1878? and Rose Elizabeth (nee Tullet) b. 1880?. There were lots of Paynes in and around this area at the same time and I would love to find out if any of them are related.
