Trying to find Willcocks

I am trying to trace Arthur Willcocks. His son John was born about 1848 in Cornwall. John married Sarah Vaughan in Wales 1875 and immigrated to Australia in 1880. I have hit a brick wall with Arthur, all I know that he was a miner. Elaine O'Keefe
