Sarah Ann b 1868 William b 1871 Joseph b 1873 Children of Joseph (1845-1877) and Ann(Bodycote) (1845-192?) - all born Leicester Have Sarah Ann on 1871 Census with parents, 1881 lodging with relatives in Leicester and 1891 and 1901 with husband Henry Buckingham Moir. Have William and Joseph with Ann on 1891 and as married men on 1901. Cannot find William, Joseph or Ann on 1881. She may by then have been married to a Mr Smith. Can anyone help? In return I am happy to try to answer Goadby queries generally. Since I posted the original message I have had a busy time and have now found Ann and her sons on the 1881 census - under the name of Chapman, although she had married William Smith only weeks before! Starting to piece it together and support with certificates. Grateful thanks to Mike from Leicester and everyone else who encouraged me. Thanks Sheila
