Hi Michael,

I don't know if this is any help to you but - in the late 1950's we had neighbours in Newburgh called Jim & Betty Riddle their family were Nancy, Herbert & Alex (girl). I think they moved to Markinch in Fife. Alex would be born c1956.

I would like to hear from anyone who has any knowledge of a William Herbert Riddle born circa 1889, married to Isabella Singers in 1912, they had several children among whom were :- Agnes who died at 6 months, John who died aged 19, William and Alfred (my father), whom I dont know if they are still living or have passed on. The family were known to be living in Newburgh in Fife in the early 1900s
