Member Since: October 2004 Posts: 1 Send Message	My name is Melanie Walding (nee Wain) born 1957 and living in Northants. My father was William Eric Wain (born 1924). His father was Sam and his mother was Alice (nee Dowel) both born circa 1902. I know they had a large family (approx 6?) but my family have lost touch. I am putting together a family tree for my kids and would be interested in any information about Sam and Alice and their children. Also parents of Sam and Alice. Were the family always from Leicester. My father grew up in Heather (Leics). Also connections with Ibstock and Coalville.
