Hello Karen, welcome to the boards.

As Kelly only has one post under her name (hold your mouse over where the profile photo would be) then she probably hadn't returned to the boards and will not see your reply.

You could try clicking on her name and try to send a message.

If you want any assistance with your own research then start a new thread of your own and people will be happy to help.

Hi, I know this is an old post but I have recently started doing my family tree.. My Mum was Mapston & I'm currently doing the Mapston family tree.. I think James mapston you're on about could well be My Mum's great uncle.. Was he born in India?

Hi...Is anybody searching for the Mapston Clan?? I'm particually interested in James Mapston c1900 married to Lucy Cornish from Suffolk. He is my ggg/gf. His grandfather was possibly Reuben Mapston c1817. Any Info would be great. Thanks
