GEOFF MASON. anyone with info on any Griffin names from the Westoe area of South Shields please contact me, they were mostly sea-faring people, my grandfather was Philip Griffin and my grandmother Minnie, they moved to Blyth around 1912, i know my grandfather had brothers and sisters in South Shields, also the name Helm comes into the family, i believe one brother was George William Griffin, as yet i have not found any of grandfathers family. Thanks, Geoff Mason
