My fathers name is William Oswald, also known as Bill or Billy.He grew up in the area Black Hill of which is in Glasgow. Donna was born in 1973, of which my father lost contact with her when she was only a baby. Please, if anyone knew my dad, or if anyone knows where Donna maybe living now please get in contact.
