Trying to find Hiscock

I am trying to locate any siblings of James Hiscock born 16/12/1837 in the Parish of Rowde, Wiltshire. His father was John born about 1791 and mother was Mary Webb born about 1798. The last record we have is of him living in the Kings Cross area of North London in 1870 and was a Police Constable. The reason for this message is two fold, one is to try and find out more about John and Mary and two is to find where and when James died? All contacts will be acknowledge Roy Hiscock
