Bob - go to your post above and click "edit" - you can then get back to the text of that post to delete your email address and phone number. It's not needed anyway because contact is made by clicking on someone's user name to send a direct message.

Not only that, this isn't a secure site and anyone googling those names would get your contact info. Plus, your post may well get reported as it breaches the site guidelines.

Hi, I am trying to trace the family of my maternal Grandmother. Her maiden name was Pearl Dixon. All I know is this: Her mother was Dorothy Adams from Freshwater, I.O.W. Her father (probably not real father though) was listed as George Albert Dixon(c.1887) from Battersea. George's father was Samuel Sandham Dixon. He was burried in Streatham Cemetry in 1933 and was 72 years old. Therefor he must have been born around 1862. Samuel's parents were Samuel Dixon and Hannah Sandham. I know that George owned properties in the Battersea area and his family lived there and Portsmouth. Can anybody help me, Please, ABIE
