Hi, I am trying to find some of my Williams family. My uncle James/Philip Willams b. 1938 in Newport, South Wales. He married Cathy ? from Liverpool, they had 2 children Hayley and Russell both born in the 1960s. The last we heard Russell may be in Italy or back in London. A lot of the the family have died, including my mother Blodwen (1987). There are a few more cousins out there that I would like to hear from - Gary Mervyn Williams 1960 mother June. Anthony (tony) b. in the late 1940s in Newport, South Wales, father Douglas. He may now be deceased but, maybe, he had some children that would like to have the family tree. If there are any other Williams who think they may be related do get in touch. There were 9 children in my mum's family so I'm sure there are some that I have missed. Take care, Catherine (Caldon).

I am Gary Mervyn Williams, born 1960, Mother June Bartlett. I have just received a copy of my original birth certificate. my mother changed my surname to Wolton as a child. i now know my real father was Mervyn Williams of Newport.
I was brought up as an only child with no relatives.
I would love to find out if I have any relations.

You might have been better to start a new thread of your own, not add to an old one. And you need to remove your telephone number.
Do you believe Mervyn was born in Newport, and, if so, any idea of approximate birth year? (There are only a few possible births for him in Newport - 1923 and 1933??)
