Trying to find Shaw

Hi, I am John Shaw born 1.5.54 from Scunthorpe, now North Lincs. I would like to find any relatives. My father was Peter Leslie Shaw born 20.03.1933, his father being Reginald Shaw and his mother Lillian Shaw (nee Chatterton). My Dad married Kathleen (nee Morgan) born 16.09.1933 on Boxing Day 1952 at St Pauls Church,Ashby,Scunthorpe.Though they lived in Scunthorpe, the family originally connect to West Yorks,in I believe the Huddersfield area.My parents both died quite young, and both my grandparents are dead also,so no chance to trace anyone that way. HOWEVER,around 1970 my grandfather went on some sort of similar trip to this, but in the old fashioned way of slogging it aropund contacts in West Yorks. He must have discovered something quite unsavoury,as there were things he would not divulge!I do know that he saw virtual "doppelgangers" there for his sister Constance(Connie)and others, and that he found some relatives. Tenuous,I know, but hey,if you dont try you dont get, right? Thanks
