Trying to find Young

I am trying to find the origins of the YOUNG's of Scotland. Not sure in which area but the unusual thing is that the eldest male is - ELPHINSTONE. Mums dad was an Elphinstone and so was his father. In the 1881 census he was down as an Iron Moulder of Scotland
