Trying to find: DAPHNE WHEELER, BARBARA WHEELER, sisters of Anthony Wheeler. My father is Anthony Wheeler, born 1939, Surrey. Father is Sidney Wheeler. Barbara and Tony were fostered by the PARKER family before he left to join the army. They lost all trace of Daphne after her wedding. Sidney Wheeler returned from Burma with new wife and two children.
