Trying to find Kay

Frances Kay - trying to find the birthplace of her great-grandfather, HENRY KINGSTON KAY, who lived in Liverpool, Widnes and Warrington. Recently discovered he was born in WIGAN but he spent time in Ireland as a child, possibly Co Cork or Northern Ireland, so maybe one of his parents was Irish? I'm trying to find out if I have any Irish roots!
